With over 35 years of experience in corporate development and management, he brings a strategic mindset to our team, spearheading the company’s growth. His profound expertise and his commitment to advancing medical innovation are instrumental in shaping the direction of Wemedoo. Alfred holds a Ph.D. in microbiology and biochemistry from the University of Basel, Switzerland. He completed postdoctoral research training in enzymology at the University of Kyoto, Japan, and an executive training program (TGM) at Harvard Business School, USA.

Dragijana holds a Master of Business Administration and brings over 25 years of leadership experience across corporate finance, strategic advisory, and international business development. With a strong background in investment firms and consulting companies, she has led complex projects in diverse industries. She is recognized for her deep expertise in financial structuring, corporate development, and international business relations. Her global activities include serving on the boards of international companies, contributing to collaboration and strategic growth initiatives. With a wide professional network, Dragijana brings significant value to organizations operating in dynamic and regulated environments. As a valuable member of the Wemedoo Board of Directors, she contributes her strategic thinking, international perspective, and multidisciplinary experience to support the company’s mission of enabling smarter, faster, and more connected clinical research.

Urosh is an expert in data management and leads clinical data operations at Wemedoo. With a deep understanding of the industry and a keen awareness of clients’ needs, he plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional results. His expertise in data management, biostatistics, and medical writing, combined with his customer-centric approach, establishes Wemedoo as a trusted partner. He brings experience across both academic and corporate sectors in Canada and Europe. Urosh is a member of the CDISC data standards working groups and the European Medical Writers Association. He holds a Ph.D. in molecular medicine from the University of Belgrade, Serbia, and a specialization in neuroscience from the University of Alberta, Canada.

Mladen is the system architect and software development lead at Wemedoo. His exceptional IT skills and innovative mindset are essential in driving Wemedoo’s technological advancements. With a strong track record spanning over 15 years in Europe, Canada, and the USA, Mladen has consistently demonstrated his ability to design and implement innovative software solutions. His deep understanding of software architecture and development enables us to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of the healthcare industry.

Caslav is the Head of Integration Services at Wemedoo. With over 25 years of experience — particularly in public health — he brings seasoned IT expertise to our team. Fluent in both English and Serbian, Caslav enhances cross-functional collaboration, making him an invaluable asset to our diverse organization. At Wemedoo, his leadership in developing and executing innovative system integration strategies is essential. He rigorously upholds high standards and best practices, reinforcing Wemedoo’s commitment to delivering exceptional integration solutions.

Ivan is Wemedoo’s Senior Biostatistician. With his contribution to over 1,000 research projects across medical and pharmaceutical fields, he brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. As a university professor and prolific researcher with over 200 scientific papers, he merges academic insights with real-world applications. His comprehensive knowledge and practical application of biostatistics are fundamental to reinforcing Wemedoo’s commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate solutions in the healthcare sector. Ivan holds a Ph.D. in Biostatistics and Endocrinology, along with a Master’s in Biostatistics.

Dušan is Wemedoo's Quality Manager and has been one of the company's team members. With a master’s degree in pharmacy and a career that spans healthcare, pharma, digital innovation, and entrepreneurship, Dušan brings a rare blend of regulatory precision and creative agility to Wemedoo. His journey has shaped a holistic understanding of people and processes, from community pharmacy and pharmaceutical sales to digital marketing and medical writing.
As the architect behind the Wemedoo quality system, Dušan has implemented ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards, authored and maintained over 70 SOPs and work instructions, and guided the team through numerous audits. Dusan holds a master’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Pharmacy.

Vishnupriya is a seasoned Clinical Data Management professional with more than 17 years of experience in the CRO industry. Vishnupriya is PMP and GCP certified, with extensive experience in conducting clinical trials from Phases I–IV. Her extensive experience in working across several therapeutic areas, including oncology, dermatology, and cardiovascular, has always offered quality data solutions. A staunch supporter of process improvement and regulatory compliance, Vishnupriya is known for her ability in team leadership and innovation in clinical research. Her client- centered professionalism and commitment to excellence make her an asset to the attainment of higher results on a global basis. Vishnupriya holds a Master's degree in biomedical sciences, with extensive experience in the operations of clinical research and data management.

Almir holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the International University of Sarajevo. He began his career in quality assurance, then advanced to leadership roles in team management, Jira consultation, and project management. Today, as an IT Solution Specialist, he serves as a bridge between development teams and stakeholders, guiding best practices and integrating new tools and procedures into day-to-day workflows. Drawing on his broad experience, from development to project oversight, Almir fuels continuous improvement and helps shape the organization’s evolving IT solutions.

Dimitrije is a Clinical Data Manager at Wemedoo, focusing on designing and refining the company’s Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and Medical Coding Platform. With a background in medicine and a practical understanding of how clinical teams operate, he ensures that every feature serves a clear purpose and fits seamlessly into everyday workflows. His approach combines clinical insight with a passion for usability, helping create tools that feel intuitive for researchers. Dimitrije holds an M.D. in medicine from the University of Belgrade, Serbia.

Valérie is bringing her experience as a consulting project manager driving strategic transformation across the life sciences sector to the table. Her mission is to make critical medicines available sooner, without any compromises on data quality. With deep expertise across the pharmaceutical value chain, from R&D to commercialization, she understands the pain points and subsequent consequences of inefficient clinical trial processes. Leveraging her experience in managing diverse teams, she is maintaining the strong operational backbone for Wemedoo to keep delivering the highest quality to our clients. She holds an M.A. in Strategy and International Management from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland.
